ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team.
- He/She will be responsible for handling the company’s accounts payable and disbursement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure accurate and timely processing and monitoring of accounts payable and disbursements, from processing to documentation.
- Manage receipts and/or invoices from all vendors.
- Process and monitor cash advances.
- Review and monitor liquidations.
- Process and review employee reimbursements.
- Process the release of SS Maternity and Sickness benefits.
- Prepare the weekly bank reconciliation.
- Participate in end-of-month (EOM) closing tasks.
- Prepare reports and trackers as needed.
- Prepare supporting reports/schedules required for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements
- Must have a degree in BS Accountancy or any allied courses.
- At least 1 year of experience in finance and Accounts Payable.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work on a Hybrid work setup in Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center Ortigas (Beside The Medical City Ortigas).
