Job Description
- Generating invoices and delivery notes daily, while coordinating with the sales team and warehouse.
- Overseeing and tracking purchase orders from clients and key accounts specialist
- Delivering invoices electronically via client billing portals and sending hard copies
- Updating client details in SAP and resolving billing concerns
- Coordinating with clients for goods receipts requests, follow-ups, and credit memos
- Assisting in sorting and filing hard copies of invoices
- Performing other tasks assigned by the AR and Billing Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
