Job Description
As a Billing Staff, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of billing and invoicing within our organization.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Preparing and sending out invoices to clients
- Tracking and recording payments received
- Resolving any billing discrepancies and ensuring accurate invoicing
- Collaborating with other departments to gather necessary information for billing purposes
To excel in this role, you should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Previous experience in billing or accounting is preferred but not required.
