Job Description
Generates Invoices – Create and send out invoices to customers or clients for goods or services provided.
Posting of Payments – Record and processes customer payments in Netsuite. Accept payments like cash, checks, credit cards, or electronic transfers, and apply them to the correct invoices.
Payment Verification for Incentive Purposes
Sending Statement of Accounts to clients
Credit Memo – Process refunds for returned goods or overpaid invoices.
Handle Billing Inquiries – Respond to customer inquiries, reconcile accounts, and maintain billing records.
Account Reconciliation – Ensure accuracy and reconcile accounts with Netsuite GL.
Maintain Billing Records – Keep detailed records of all transactions and correspondence.
Adhere to Regulations – Ensure compliance with tax laws and data protection regulations.
Identify Opportunities for Improvement – Streamline billing processes for efficiency.
