Job Description
– Entertains patients’ inquiries regarding their bills.
– Makes rounds, informing the patients of their current balance.
– Computes the final bill of patients being discharged.
– Checks the charges of medicines, supplies, etc. being charged to patients.
– Computes the professional fees of the patients for discharge.
– Calls the corresponding HMO for their approved amount.
– Attends seminars (as needed).
– Handles patients’ complaints regarding their bills.
– Performs other jobs that may be assigned from time to time by the Admin Officer/Department head.
