Job Description
– Encodes and/or amends patient’s information to the medical Information System (MIS).
– Determines the appropriate medical examination package and cost.
– Determines and records other fees payable by clients or patients.
– Keeps soft copies of the clients PEME package / examination entry forms for reference.
– Files all assessment section records.
– Answers customers and patients’ queries on medical packages.
– Sort referrals in preparation for billing.
