Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Download data from the device to the billing system database.
- Prepare and issue job orders for unusual consumption changes.
- Print and distribute Statements of Account.
- Input approved billing adjustments into the system.
- Maintain backups of the billing system.
- Respond to queries from meter readers and bill handlers.
