Job Description
Ø Receives payments from patients whether in cash, credit card or checks
Ø Issues Official Receipt upon payment of patients
Ø Prepares deposit slips for daily collections.
Ø Relieves in the absence of HMO coordinator and Philhealth Coordinator
Ø Prepares statements of accounts for various procedures as requested by the patients.
Ø Explains price quotations to patients for different types of eye procedures
Ø Call to all accredited HMOs for the LOA inquiries and approvals.
Ø Perform other duties as needed or other tasks as may be assigned by the Management.
