Job Description
ESDEVCO Realty Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Billings and Collection Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, and maintaining billing records. Key responsibilities include reconciling discrepancies, collaborating with property managers, and providing exceptional customer service to tenants and clients.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in billing and collections. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a monthly salary of Php12,500 – Php13,500, plus additional benefits.
