Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical application of Revit and ensure delivery of project documentation.
- Coordinate project BIM meetings and facilitate collaboration among teams.
- Deliver project BIM processes, methodologies, and guidance for the production, maintenance, and delivery of information and data.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to maintain accurate and detailed 3D BIM models.
- Lead and guide a team of junior BIM professionals, providing training and upskilling in BIM processes and tools.
- Implement Revit standards, templates, and family creation, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Provide Revit support to the MEP department on design and technical issues.
- Collaborate 3D models with Structural, Architectural, and MEP teams for coordination reviews.
Qualifications And Technical Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a must.
- Proficiency with BIM and Revit software.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in BIM/Revit.
- Strong grasp of engineering principles and spatial coordination.
- Adherence to Aidea’s BIM Standards.
- Preferably located in or near Pampanga.
- Immediate availability to start.
