Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team in our Clark Pampanga office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our projects through the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) techniques. As a BIM Landscape Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and sustainable landscape designs.
Job Descriptions:
- Utilize BIM methodologies to develop comprehensive landscape designs.
- Collaborate with the Design Team to integrate BIM into the project workflow.
- Manage and maintain BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the design process.
- Generate detailed documentation, including drawings and specifications, using BIM software.
- Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in BIM technology to enhance project efficiency.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Landscape Architect with a focus on BIM implementation.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current trends and innovations in landscape architecture.
