Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Modeller with expertise in Revit to join our team. As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed 3D models using Revit software. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of building designs and efficient project coordination.
Key responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models using Revit, incorporating architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure models meet design and construction requirements.
- Coordinate clash detection and resolve conflicts within the models.
- Generate accurate construction drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit software and strong knowledge of BIM concepts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
