Job Description
- Performs design and BIM works.
- Participates in design charrettes and collaboration meetings.
- Performs quality checking of drawings to comply with quality standards.
- Performs due diligence on safety and building codes.
- Generates solutions to conflicts in drawing details.
- Assists in materials and finishes schedule preparation.
- Performs project site inspection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering or similar.
- 3-5 years of experience as Revit Modeler / Drafter.
- Experience in residential construction and interior design.
- Skills in Revit modeling and BIM technology.
- Basic knowledge in building construction technology.
- Understanding of architectural and engineering drawings.
- Basic design and drafting skills.
- Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
- Immediate start required.
