Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Biodiversity Science Division Director to join our dynamic team. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our Biodiversity Science Division, overseeing research programs and ensuring the strategic direction of the division aligns with our organization’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic planning for the Biodiversity Science Division.
  • Oversee the implementation of research projects related to biodiversity conservation and sustainable development.
  • Manage a team of researchers and scientists, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  • Collaborate with external partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies to secure resources and partnerships.
  • Promote the dissemination of research findings through publications and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., biology, ecology, environmental science).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in conducting research on biodiversity conservation.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
