Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide financial services.
- Make and take calls with expertise.
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports.
Needed Qualifications:
- Must have completed at least two years of tertiary education.
- You need at least three months of call center experience.
- Good communication and listening skills. Able to provide relevant answers with confidence.
