Job Description
We are looking for Blended Customer Service Representatives specializing in Dental and Healthcare for our Los Banos, Laguna site.
Requirements:
- EXCELLENT English communication skills
- Experience in Blended Customer Service (Inbound, Outbound, Chat, Email)
- Prior BPO experience preferred
- Comfortable with graveyard shift
- Dependable with good attendance record
- Competitive salary based on experience
- HMO Upon Regularization
- Background in credentialing, insurance benefits, claims, and eligibility is a plus
- Preferably residing near Los Banos, Laguna
Job Description:
We seek agents who can analyze and translate for patients, review charts and diagnoses, assess treatments, and determine critical next steps to prevent complaints and legal issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: Php15,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
Benefits:
