Job Description
Job Purpose
This position ensures accurate documentation and acknowledged receipt of trade & warehouse bad order stocks (BO).
Accountabilities
- Timely and accurate transmittal of documents to Accounting Department for claims purposes
- Accuracy of encoding details of MR/BO
- Timeliness of encoding of documented and acknowledged BO returns
Responsibilities
- Encodes details of returned bad order stocks by indicating various information
- Proofreads entries against output documents
- Completes processing of returns within 48 hours of receipt
- Maintains data confidentiality
- Performs tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar field
- Computer literate

Pay: Php13,041.67 per month
