Job Description
This operator will work closely with the production crew to adjust the steam per operation demands. And primary responsibility is to manage the safe and efficient operation of the boiler room and to ensure the steam and condensate system is functioning properly by meeting the production standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safety operate the boiler, steam, condensate, and water make up system to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Maintenance and troubleshoot the entire system, this includes all steam and condensate flows, valves, pumps, and control. Specific areas to be monitored on a continuous basis include boilers, DA tank feed water pumps, softener and dryers, turbines a sine shaft operation.
- Performed all necessary paper works and maintain the log book
- Perform water chemistry test every day shift
- Blow down the gauge glass and test the low water cut-off system every day while boiling operate
- Monitor the automated surface blow down operation
- Take and record necessary readings at the beginning at every shift
- Housekeeping responsibility include all works area specifically the boiler room and all related equipment area
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
