Job Description
Galeo Equipment Corporation is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for creating financial transactions and reports, ensuring accurate recording of information, and conducting account reconciliations. If you have a background in finance and bookkeeping, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Book transactions in the Accounting System (SAP) following the Philippine Financial Reporting Standards to ensure proper recording
- Review expense documents in accordance with finance policies to validate payments and record them accurately
- Conduct periodic reconciliation between subsidiary ledgers and general ledgers
Qualifications
- BSA/Finance-related graduate or any course with Bookkeeping NC II certification
- Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Experience: Accounting (1 year preferred)
