Job Description

Caldwell Communications is actively seeking candidates to join our dynamic team for the position of Booking Assistant / Chat and Email Support (Non-Voice).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly without transferring calls when possible.
  • Match customers’ needs with our clients’ products and services.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
  • Share information with internal and external partners and colleagues.
