Job Description
As a bookings consultant, you will be a part of a warm desk where you will be maintaining and developing a database of nurses and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Headhunting new candidates
- Lead generation
- Booking nurses into client shifts
- Account management
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Outbound/Customer Service Sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving targets and goals
- Ability to grow existing accounts
- Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to book ad hoc shifts quickly and effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Commission pay
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 2 years (Required)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- Healthcare: 1 year (Preferred)
