Job Description
– Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options. Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. Checking the availability of accommodation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
– Promotions and offers activities of Fun Farm.
– Responsible for handling all incoming calls and requests related to reservations. They may be tasked with answering questions about available accommodations, booking specific activities, and providing general customer service support.
– Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively handle the wide range of inquiries they receive each day. They also need to be able to multitask effectively—they might be taking calls from multiple customers at once while also typing up notes about previous calls, updating databases with new information, etc.
– Knowledge in Cashiering/POS transaction is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
