Job Description
Our company is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the combined role of Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting in administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, processing invoices and payroll, and providing general administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
The successful candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software. A background in bookkeeping or administrative roles is preferred.
