Job Description
About Us:
We are NXT LVL Group, a dynamic company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper and invoicing specialist to join our team. Operating primarily in the Australian market, familiarity with Australian accounting standards is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile accounts using Xero
- Prepare and send invoices
- Process weekly payroll
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Australian standards
- Collaborate with the team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Xero software
- Australian bookkeeping qualifications
- Knowledge of taxation laws
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Australian businesses
- Understanding of BAS and GST reporting
- Effective time management
