Job Description
Duties:
Accounts Payable
- Process supplier invoices with accurate entry into the AP system and timely payments.
- Prepare Bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare ad hoc payments.
- Prepare reimbursement requests.
- Liaise with suppliers for all invoice queries and discrepancies.
Accounts Receivable
- Complete revenue invoicing
- Prepare and analyse weekly invoicing reports.
- Follow up receivables on a weekly basis
- Liaise with clients and admins to ensure all invoicing issues are resolved.
Other duties
- Manage shared admin email account and acknowledge client emails and requests
- Handling client, supplier and internal queries.
- Assist in various ad hoc tasks.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Assist in preparation of engagement letters, fee proposals, and tender documents
Candidate must possess the following qualities:
- High attention to detail and accuracy with all tasks – including data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Willingness to work as a part of a team
- Ability to pick up new systems and procedures with ease
- Previous accounts and administration experience preferred
- Xero certified is preferred
