Job Description

The bookkeeper position at COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL involves creating financial transactions and generating financial reports. This includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from source documents like customer invoices, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper will also be responsible for reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining records of all financial transactions
  • Preparing and reviewing checks and check vouchers
  • Releasing checks to suppliers and/or contractors
  • Preparing cash position reports, financial statements, and bank reconciliations
  • Reviewing documents required for payment processing to suppliers and contractors
  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors for periodic audits
  • Checking and reviewing billing statements before distribution
  • Managing inventory of office supplies
  • Ensuring timely payment and remittance of government dues

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to be assigned in Sta. Cruz, Binondo, Manila
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or BSBA Major in Financial Management
  • Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in Accounting aspects for Residential Condominium, including Billing Process, Accounts Receivables, Disbursement Process, FS preparation, and BIR requirements
  • Proficient in TWINTOOL, MS Office, and Excel
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php30,00.00 per month

Experience:

  • 1 year experience in Accounting (Preferred)

  • Manila (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Manila: Relocate before starting work (Required)
