Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to ensure accurate financial records, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly reports. The role includes managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, providing payroll support, and collaborating with management on budgeting.
- Required: minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or Sage), strong numerical accuracy, and excellent communication skills.
- Preferred: bookkeeping certificate or associate degree.
