Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience with bookkeeping software.
Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct ledger accounts
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with budget preparation and cash flow management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar position
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficient in using bookkeeping software and MS Office
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
