Job Description

Job Description:
- Corporate business filing
- Monthly sales tax filing
- Payroll
- Expense reporting & credit card reconciliations
- Bill pay
- Invoicing
- QuickBooks management & reconciliation
- Quarterly business tax preparation and filing in collaboration with U.S. based accountant
- Ad hoc administrative duties
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of accounting / bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and administrative skills
MUSTS:
- Availability and commitment to work full-time (40 hours minimum/week) within U.S. business hours
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
PREFERENCES:
- Experience supporting U.S. clients strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
