Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, such as data entry and filing
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
