Job Description
INTRA ASIA LAUNDRY & KITCHEN SUPPLIES INC seeks a diligent Bookkeeper to manage deliveries, invoicing, receipts, statutory compliance, and payroll. Responsibilities include:
- Deliveries: track, record, and reconcile inventory.
- Invoicing: prepare, issue, verify accuracy, and follow up on receivables.
- Receipts: collect, enter into accounting software, and reconcile monthly.
- Compliance: compute SS, Pag-IBIG, and BIR contributions; prepare and file reports; maintain tax records.
- Payroll: calculate salaries and apply required deductions.
Fresh graduates are welcome. Compensation: Php600.00–Php695.00 per day. Paid training provided. Work is on-site.
