Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and record accounting transactions in the company billing system and general ledger.
- Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system or files.
- Recording of debits and credits.
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions.
- Compliance with LGU policies with reporting requirements.
- Monitor any variances from the project budget.
- Review payroll and check vouchers.
Qualification/Experience Requirements:
- Associates degree or at least one year of experience.
- Knowledgeable in BIR Compliance.
- Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable.
- Data entry skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Produce work with a high level of accuracy.
