Job Description

Daily Task

  • Prepares Journal Entries based on verified PTS (EOD) and DCR
  • Prepares Journal Entries based on validated Cash and Check Disbursement Register
  • Verifies Cash short/over amounts reflected in DCR versus PTS Monitoring
  • Sends list of cash short/over to cashier of Branch for proper disposal.

Weekly Task

  • Prepares Weekly Bank Reconciliations

Monthly Task (Financial Reportorial Requirements)

  • Prepares Monthly Financial Statement
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliations
  • Fixed Assets Monthly Schedule
  • Schedule of all Inventories
  • Loan Loss Schedule
  • Inter Office Transactions
  • Other Subsidiaries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Guagua, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Business Related Courses: 1 year (Preferred)
