Job Description
URGENT: We are seeking a dedicated VA Bookkeeper to join Olivia Professional Solutions, a US-based Virtual Assistant staffing company. This role involves maintaining our financial records, preparing payroll, and assisting with dashboard preparation.
Salary: $4 – $5/hour
Work Hours: Must be available during Eastern Timezone.
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly reconciliation
- Prepare Monthly P&L and balance statements
- Create Invoices for clients
- Prepare Payroll for the team
Qualifications:
- CPA preferred, but not required
- QuickBooks knowledge is essential
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
