Job Description
- CPA Preferred but Optional
- Proficiency in accounting software i.e. Quickbooks
- Knowledge or experience working in construction or real estate
- Responsible for managing financial statements, bookkeeping tasks, accounting software, and journal entries
- Receive, review and verify invoices for payment/invoice processing and reconcile relevant documents
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Monitors status of payables and sends out, manages and monitors billing and collections
- Produces weekly and monthly reports as needed and creates timely financial records and reports
- Create, update and manage budget, projections, and cash flow
