Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records using QuickBooks for multiple entities within our company.
- Skillfully categorize and track expenses while ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial protocols.
- Generate detailed financial reports on a regular basis to aid in strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with our team to streamline financial data entry and facilitate seamless reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel is essential, coupled with proven expertise in bookkeeping and accounting practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail are paramount.
