Job Description
1. Accounts Payable: Prepares Accounts Payable Vouchers, ensures document validity, correctness, and authorization. Files vouchers monthly and manages withholding tax certificates.
2. Other everyday tasks: Facilitates cash advances, monitors employee expenses, and controls department accountable forms.
3. Financial Statements and Audit: Encodes sales invoices, makes month-end adjustments, prepares audit schedules, and submits reports on time.
4. Taxes: Manages input taxes, processes business licenses with supervision.
5. Other responsibilities: Handles filing of accounting documents.
