Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- General understanding of accounting, with a willingness to learn Trust Accounting software.
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills.
- Guest communication primarily through written formats.
- Reconciling Xero Accounts and Trust Accounting.
- Responding to guest inquiries.
- Completing sales appraisals (training provided).
- Updating CRM and managing VA tasks.
- Completing onboarding tasks for new properties.
Job Type: Temporary (Contract length: 3 months)
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php29,00.00 per month
Schedule: Night shift
Experience:
- Xero Accounting Software: 2 years (Required)
- Customer Relation: 2 years (Preferred)
- Trust Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
