Job Description
The Bookkeeper is responsible for creating financial transactions and reports, including posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from source documents such as customer invoices, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. They are also responsible for reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Book transactions in the Accounting System (SAP) following Philippine Financial Reporting Standards to ensure proper recording of transactions.
- Review expense documents according to finance policies to ensure validity, authorization, and correct recording in the appropriate period.
- Conduct periodic reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers versus general ledgers to verify the correct posting of all items to the account.
Qualifications
- BSA/Finance-related graduate or any course with Bookkeeping NC II certification
- Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of experience
- Willingness to be assigned at Kapitolyo, Pasig
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php12,799.23 – Php16,00.00 per month
