Job Description
As a bookkeeper at Tim Ho Wan, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Your primary responsibilities will include recording financial transactions through our accounting software, maintaining the general ledger, and reconciling accounts. You will also prepare financial statements for stakeholders, process payroll, and manage accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, you will conduct bank reconciliations and monitor budgets, ensuring adherence to financial regulations while assisting with audits.
Required Skills: An associate degree in accounting or finance, proficiency in accounting software, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication skills are essential.
