Job Description
Anc+ Group of Companies – Ford Balintawak is seeking a professional BP Service Advisor. Based at Ford Balintawak, you will welcome customers, verify vehicle details, service history, and warranty status, and prepare repair orders and vehicle checklists. You will provide accurate pricing, time estimates, and committed quotations.
- Schedule workshop jobs, assign technicians, and order parts.
- Monitor repair quality, obtain approvals for additional work, and close orders with inspections and invoicing.
- Explain services at handover, cross-sell parts and services, and prepare daily repair-status reports.
