Job Description
NTT DATA is looking for a committed BPO Administrative Operations Associate to become a vital part of our team. In this role, the selected candidate will review, audit, and update our payroll system (ADP) daily, assist in resolving payroll discrepancies, and ensure timely submissions to corporate payroll.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or higher, excellent communication skills, and prior payroll experience is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational abilities and possess intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
Flexibility in scheduling is crucial to meet payroll deadlines.
