Job Description
HYPT Jobs PH is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (BPO Agent) to effectively manage customer inquiries and complaints. The selected candidate will be responsible for processing orders, making modifications, and escalating customer issues through various communication channels. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations while possessing strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
- Effectively acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
