Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Address and resolve consumer complaints, notifying management when necessary
- Respond to consumer concerns promptly with suitable remedies
- Establish enduring connections with clients through transparent communication
- Provide accurate and comprehensive account, product, and service information
Qualifications
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Immediate availability and willingness to work onsite
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php20,00.00 per month
