Job Description
Alorica Philippines Inc is currently hiring BPO Call Center Agents to start immediately. As a Call Center Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Attend and pass the onboarding training.
- Take phone calls and provide friendly, efficient, and accurate resolution to the callers.
- Meet company goals and objectives.
- Attend meetings and coaching sessions.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- At least 18 years old or above.
- At least high school graduate.
- Willing to work onsite.
- Good English communication skills.
- Computer proficient.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from PHP 15,00.00 to PHP 25,00.00 per month. Selected candidates will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
