Job Description

Alorica Philippines Inc is currently hiring BPO Call Center Agents to start immediately. As a Call Center Agent, your responsibilities will include:

  • Attend and pass the onboarding training.
  • Take phone calls and provide friendly, efficient, and accurate resolution to the callers.
  • Meet company goals and objectives.
  • Attend meetings and coaching sessions.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • At least 18 years old or above.
  • At least high school graduate.
  • Willing to work onsite.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Computer proficient.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary ranging from PHP 15,00.00 to PHP 25,00.00 per month. Selected candidates will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Working schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
