Job Description
NTT DATA is searching for a committed BPO Customer Care Associate to provide outstanding phone support to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers. In this role, you will handle 75 to 100 calls per day, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional environment, demonstrate proficiency in Windows applications, and exhibit excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience in the insurance sector, particularly in life insurance and annuities. The first six months of employment will be onsite, with potential for hybrid work arrangements based on performance.
