Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated BPO Customer Care Associate to provide outstanding phone support to our policyholders, agents, and internal customers. In this role, you will handle between 75 to 100 calls per day, effectively addressing inquiries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, and solid computer proficiency. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with experience in the insurance industry. Please note that candidates are required to work onsite for the first six months of employment.
