Job Description
As a Customer Support Administrator in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, your main role will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing customer interactions through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
- Escalating complex issues to senior support staff or supervisors, when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other teams to address customer concerns effectively
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to support customers better
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
