Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a BPO Healthcare CSR – Benefits Verification (Hybrid Setup). In this role, you will be responsible for managing and verifying healthcare benefits for our clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing healthcare benefit documents and claims
- Verifying the accuracy of the benefit details and eligibility
- Handling customer inquiries and providing solutions regarding benefit coverage
- Collaborating with insurance providers to ensure proper benefit administration
- Maintaining thorough documentation and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Adhering to data protection policies and ensuring confidentiality of patient information
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in healthcare customer service and benefits verification is preferred. A background in the BPO industry is a plus.
