Job Description
The BPO IT Service Desk position is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment. As a member of the Service Desk team, you will be the first point of contact for resolving IT-related issues.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or teams
- Documenting and maintaining accurate information in the ticketing system
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A degree in a related field and previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
