Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced BPO Medical Biller to join our team. As a Medical Biller, your role will involve handling and processing medical claims, managing billing procedures, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices.
Your main responsibilities will include verifying patient information, coding procedures, and diagnoses accurately, reviewing and submitting claims to insurance companies, and following up on unpaid or denied claims. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve any claim discrepancies or issues.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of medical billing and coding practices, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using medical billing software and familiarity with insurance industry regulations are essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Medical Biller.
- Proficient in medical billing software.
- Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
